Justine Lee is a performer based in Charlotte, NC, after living and working in NYC for 7 years. Although she mainly works with NYC-based artists, she has collaborated with artists from all over the country, contributing to her belief in dance and movement as a medium for community and connection. After being classically trained and performing for years, she is now devoted to exploring two things: 1) how the life principles she has learned through dancing in NYC can be spread and expanded upon elsewhere and 2) pushing the boundaries on performance formats. She is so incredibly grateful to be working with DZ Maciel exploring her dream mix of dance, theater, and community engagement.
